@polebird: ❤️ Chicago the Windy City - Part 2 ❤️
Downtown Chicago is a modern city of towers, riverwalks, and beautiful architecture. The city is always bustling, and the lights of the city at night seem to shine especially bright with the reflections on the river. The river is highly integrated into the city itself - cafes line the side of the rivers, visitors kayak through, and river cruises provide architecture buffs with a great way to view the buildings.
The sky scrapers in Chicago stand tall -the tallest being the Willis Tower. Did you know, Chicago is home to the first sky scraper?
360 Chicago! This contraption is called tilt - I did a "floating" photo here, but the most thrilling part of the experience is when you face towards the window, and the whole window tilts over the sky to let you view the city below. You are 1,030 feet up in the air!
Chicago is located right on the edge of beautiful Lake Michigan. Here is the view of the Chicago skyline, taken from the Museum Campus.
Visiting Chicago is also a treat for foodies! There were so many choices of different restaurants to dine at.
A famous urban park in Chicago is Millennium Park which includes the beautiful Lurie Gardens. I will be writing a whole post dedicated to Millennium Park - the modern, yet inviting space is really something spectacular and welcomes visitors from all over the world.

ooo I was just visiting chicago!! So, I don't know long term staying there, but I loved it when I visited. If you are there during the summer, I bet you will enjoy it! I will have another post soon about their awesome Millennium park.
