Discover "La balade des gnomes" - Charming hotel in Durbuy - Part 1
Hi Steemians!! It's been a while since I posted on steemit. I went on a weekend with my girlfriend @lajulius for our one year in a charming hotel located in Durbuy.
The name of the hotel is "La balade des gnomes" (The gnomes stroll) click on the link for the website ;)
We made a lot of pictures during the stay that is why I will make you discover all this in 2 or 3 posts.

The mezzanine bed with little stars on the ceiling of the room.
All the rooms of this hotel are themed rooms. They are all decorated in a totally different way, it is very exotic.
This is the aperitif offered on arrival, the glasses are very special.
Here is the small Moroccan living room
The atmosphere is very "cozy"
If one day you decide to visit the Belgian Ardennes don't hesitate and book this hotel

This is a replic of "The troy horse" and it's a bedroom :)

Really nice historic place. must be several decades old at least.
No @ace108 :) the hotel is fairly new, everything is just decor. Just the building is old.

@pickoum, I love Durbuy and I went there in summer and joined the LPM adventure - that was the first time I did "abseilen" holy crap - gave me spaghetti legs!
Have you been to the Topiaries? It's cute there! I love it there - but didn't stay in this amazingly interior designed hotel :)
Hey sorry for the late.. I never try abseilen I have a littlefear of heights :)
It was closed at Topiaries because of the weather so we went to the restaurant lol
@pickoum oh darn, i forgot that they're not open during this season ahaha sorry . Did you go up the tower? The one where you could see the city from below ?
I miss Durbuy very quiet ... I love the Ardenne, you should go visit Spa, too - thermen :) very good for this weather no?
Magnifique, je ne connaissais pas cet endroit, pourtant j'ai un pote qui habite Bomal !! Faudra que j'aille y faire un tour :-) .

Mais de rien :) désolé du temps de réponse mais parfois je rate qqes commentaires.. Si tu connais qqun dans les environs vas y faire un tour et si tu veux dormir à l'hotel réserve bien avant ^^ c'est souvent complet mais il y a parfois des désistements
