The Bahai Gardens and the Golden Dome of the Bahai Temple

The most popular place in Haifa is the Bahai temple. Baha'i is a young religion. Although if you follow the religious canons, this is not a place for worship and not a temple. This is an architectural complex, which includes a cascade of beautiful gardens, the administration building and the burial vault of the founder of the Baha'i religion - Baba (in Arabic "Gateway"). Baha'is themselves avoid the word "temple", and use the euphemism - "holy place".

The Bahai gardens are beautiful. But on each lower level you need to go down the streets of the city, bypassing the gardens. This can be hard for some visitors.
