What is Laos cuisine? 什麼是老撾 ？

Have you ever heard of Laos cuisine? Is it not in vogue?
Laos is actually called Lao People's Democratic Republic, a inland country in Southeast Asia, adjacent to Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia.

有沒有聽過老撾菜？ 這是不是太冷門呢？
老撾其實位於寮國，東南亞一個內陸國家，毗鄰泰國、越南、緬甸和柬埔寨。

Sisombath Restaurant 施心畢老撾餐廳

The food looks colourful on the menu. Lunch choices are mainly Rice vermicelli, Laos rice, Salad and Rice paper-roll with different kinds of meats.
食物在菜單上看起來色彩鮮豔。 午餐的選擇主要是米粉，老撾飯，沙拉和米飯紙捲配與不同種類的肉類。

The upper layer is the silver tan with coffee powder, hot water will be added in and coffee will slowly dripped down.
上層是咖啡粉，加了熱水慢慢的流落下層杯子裏～

This is Vietnam Coffee is sweet which is served with condensed milk.
這越南咖啡是甜甜的，咖啡配煉乳一起喝。

Delicious red curry Seeking Seeking is the meaning of rice. Red curry with pork neck meat, as well as dwarf, tomato, potato Tsai, red pepper and other side dishes ~
好好吃的紅咖喱見求～ 見求就是白飯的意思。 紅咖喱配豬頸肉，還有矮瓜、蕃茄、薯仔、紅椒等配菜～

There is the flavor of coriander in the soup. (I do not like the corianha haha).
湯中有香葉的鮮味。（我不喜歡香菜哈哈）店舖稱湯粉用老撾米粉入饌，比起越南的河粉更能掛湯。

Yes!
Although I had no tried Real Laos food in Vietnam, but I do really like the food here. I will come next time!

是! 正宗的老撾菜我沒吃過，可是這間餐廳的咖喱飯很合我，我會再來的～
