Napoli's queststeemCreated with Sketch.

Italy is so different! I was in Napoli, Venice and Firenze. Naples for me is the Vesuvius and the Pompei first of all, of course the magnificent Archaeological museum. but in every city is the most interesting thing is the everyday life, the special space of the city behind touristic routes. and these photos are my view of Napoli, my quest. maybe a little frightening, but the story is not about garbage or something about it, only about the city night life.

I absolutely love the night photos. You did such an excellent job of capturing the magic and the spookiness of night. I think my favorite of the set is the garbage and graffiti image. Something about the way the shadow was captured and bright colors painted on the wall.

Great set.

thank you a lot, @lpfaust! I saw some your night shots (on the road) - they are so good and poetic. so I'm glad you like my Napoli set, very pleased.

Thanks for checking out my blog, I appreciate it. The night shots were taken from Pixelbay, but the story I wrote A Few Miles of Therapy inspired my choices. I wanted the reader to be completely immersed in my amalgamated night drive. That story has been entered into a Writer's Digest writing competition so we shall see how well it does.

Keep up the great work with the images.

ups, I see the pictures (especially good ones) faster than read texts! excuse me - it is my English is not so fast and good. but I've just read the story. it is near my child experience too, strange thing (without neon lights, of course, only the dark Soviet Union roads). good luck with your writing and thanks for sharing

I have respect for you because English is not your first language, yet you manage to read and write it well. I learned different languages as well (French, Spanish and some German) and I understand how difficult it can be. Thanks again for taking the time to read.

Im a girl who live in florence, good photos! Im happy you enjoy our country =)

hi, @noemilunastorta :-) Florence is the absolutely fantastic! I really love Italy, it's so beautiful and different, so deep history and so much the brilliant joie de vivre. and the art of course, for me is the most important thing in the world.
