I really liked Sedona. It was visually stunning and I loved that I could get Vegan and Vegetarian food so easily. Its an old and tranquil place.
You can just feel the geological oldness in Sedona I always think - it lies thick in the air!

I think the garden city of Kyoto during festival time would be a distant third place :)
Which countries are on your list to still visit one day?
The final place I really want to see is Mount Everest in either Nepal or China :)
