Today, one year ago - Hoy hace un año #5: Elephants and Fish in Koh Samui - Elefantes y Pescadito en Koh Samui
We've already been in Thailand for five days! Today July 11, we decided to go on a trip, so ... let's go by Koh Samui!
Ya llevamos cinco dias de viaje por Tailandia! Hoy 11 de Julio, decidimos ir de excursión, así que... vamos que nos vamos por Koh Samui!
That day we decided to go first to a place where they do a show with Elephants. We really enjoyed having the experience of being with elephants, touching them and seeing what this great animal is capable of to do.
Ese día decidimos ir en primer lugar a un sitio en el que hacen un espectáculo con Elefantes. Nos gustó mucho tener la experiencia de poder estar con elefantes, tocarles y ver de lo que es capaz este gran animal.
In addition, in the show, we actively participate, first @romangt87 and I participate in the game of the rope. Several men of the audience went out volunteers and tried to win the elephant by pulling the rope. My wife was also a volunteer and she lent to the elephant to give her a massage, she was afraid but she said it was a very nice experience. In the following video you can see part of the show.
Además, en el espectáculo, participamos activamente, primero @romangt87 y yo participamos en el juego de la cuerda. Varios hombres del público salimos voluntarios e intentamos ganar al elefante tirando de la cuerda. Mi mujer también fue voluntaria y se prestó a que el elefante le diera un masaje, ella iba con miedo pero dice que fue una experiencia muy bonita. En el siguiente vídeo podéis ver parte del espectáculo.
We also saw an exhibition of Kick Boxing by two professional wrestlers. It was nice to see this training to get us to the idea of the kicks that these people give in a fight.
También vimos una exibición de Kick Boxing de dos luchadores profesionales. Estuvo bien ver este entrenamiento para hacernos a la idea de las hostias que se da esta gente en una pelea.
After finishing our visit to the elephants, we went to a beach where there was a beachside restaurant where we chose which fish you wanted to eat and they did it in front of us. We had Pad Thai, salads and a fish that we made which was delicious, it was great.
Después de acabar nuestra visita a los elefantes, nos fuimos a una playa en la que había un restaurante a pie de playa en el que elegías que pescado querías comer y te lo hacían delante de ti. Tomamos Pad Thai, ensaladas y un pescado que nos hicieron que estaba delicioso, fue genial.
Once we got to the hotel, we went to sleep, the next day would be the last full day in Koh Samui for me and my wife so we had to take advantage of it. In the next post of our trip you will see it.
Una vez llegamos al hotel, fuimos a dormir, el día siguiente sería el último día completo en Koh Samui para mí y mi mujer así que había que aprovecharlo. En el post siguiente de nuestro viaje lo veréis.

Disfruto muchísimo de el relato de tu viaje, aquí me quedo esperando tu otro post. Me parecen super lindos los elefantes pero siento pena por ellos, supongo que pueda que reciban maltratos para ser entrenados, espero que no.
