How many have you seen horse riders' statues in Prague? I know about four. In 1918 the Czechs left the Habsburg monarchy. The monarchy and the Habsburg monuments were destroyed. But this one survived. The so-called Kranner's fountain from 1850 represents Franz I, winner of Napoleon. To believe that it is in Prague, I chose Hradčany as the background.
