Jon Snyder loved ice cream since he was a kid. His Grandparents had an ice-cream store and after he went to Italy he dropped out of University and started his first ice-cream venture

The ILDG is open to anybody who loves ice-cream and invites Chefs and Cooks to create their own Gelato at their Labs. There is over 300 flavors. The Ice-cream was creamy and super tasty. As this is near Clinton's Pancakes you can have a pancake and afterwards an great gelato.
