Kappo Uzuki Ebisu Tokyo

When staying at the Westin Tokyo in Ebisu I always make sure to book at table at Kappo Uzuki Ebisu Tokyo. The restaurant has only 8 tables in total

The chef serves only local products and everything is made up to perfection. The baby corn was grilled and amazing. Seaurchin, Wagyu and all the delicacies were just crazy.
