One of my favorite Thai Restaurants in Bangkok is the Nara a the Helix Complex on the 7th floor. If you chose the right dishes you will be blown away by this amazing food explosion

You have to try the Papaya salad, the fried rice with jumbo garlic shrimps and the soft-shell crab which are incredible. The only food I like more than Thai food is Persian and Japanese food.
