It must have been a very interesting day. The costumes are so beautiful. I think it is great to see traditions kept alive...the world seems to want to blend and merge everyone into an identityless blur. A good post.

The children in the video have made the costumes by their self in the music college , it is part of the lectures.
And yes, the Yakut people are very proud of their culture and love to show it.
