🍻 Old Friend Visits From Montreal ! Party Time Photos ! 🍻

🍻 It was great to see an old friend of ours Peppe visiting from Montreal ! He comes out in the summers to pick cherries and other fruit in the Orchards , which we have plenty of here in Kelowna ! We also have a lot of wineries which create plenty of jobs later in the fall where he will work picking grapes for regular wines and later for ice wines which need to be picked when they are just frozen on the vine at the perfect temperature and must be picked quickly in one night ! They do have cabins , tenting areas , cook shacks , and showers available for the pickers which the government have been cracking down on lately as some orchardists in the past were not providing proper acomodations for the pickers . But he doesn't mind , he's been doing this for over 20 years as its free to live there while you pick and make money plus its a beautiful town right on the lake to spend the summer as Kelowna turns into a tourist town !
🍻 He doesn't start working until next week , so we had a great time catching up , and although drinking beer was fun into the wee hours of the morning , you will see in my last photo that our friend Peppe had one too many drinks , and today we are all hungover and paying the price for it ! LOL! Im currently blogging from my bed drinking ice water , with a major headache ! but it was a great time had by all ! Hope you guys like my photos ! 🍻👍
