Who has not visited Colonia Tovar, with that wonderful climate, who has not eaten their strawberries with cream, their peaches, cookies, sighs, so divine sausages. It is a pity that many businesses have had to close their doors because of the situation in the country, what I want to tell you with this is that Venezuela, despite everything for what is happening, is still one of the most beautiful countries in the world, we have too many beautiful landscapes and nature even to give as gifts, we are all proud to be Venezuelans and one day we will return to make the Venezuela we had free.

Colonia Tovar located in Venezuela, is the capital of Tovar municipality, in the state of Aragua. It was founded in 1843 by a group of German immigrants who came from the then independent state of Baden (later incorporated into Germany). It is characterized by maintaining the cultural imprint of its origin, for what is called "the Germany of the Caribbean" or "The German people of Venezuela." It is famous for its culture, its temperate climate and the warmth of its people. It depends basically on agriculture (where temperate climate crops such as peaches, strawberries, beet, cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, chard, broccoli, lettuce, chives and potatoes stand out) and tourism, is located 42 km west of Caracas and a height of 1700 meters above sea level. It has a very varied German cuisine, its main dish being the different types of sausages such as sausages.

This place looks very interesting. Definitely a new location on my "must visit list".

I'm glad you like it, some places have closed due to the bad situation of venezuela, but it's still a beautiful place!

The translation was wonderful. I really really wish to go there for sure. It is wonderful. I wasn't aware that there were troubles in Venezuela. I hope things will be okay.

Thank you very much, I hope you can visit someday. And if things are a little bad here but you always have to have a good mood and see the good side to everything showing these beautiful places that we have

I visited Colonia Tovar and other parts of Venezuela. But now, what about the situation there?

Hello, in Venezuela we live a very strong economic crisis, there is a lot of insecurity and scarce food and medicine, the little that is achieved is very expensive, the prices far exceed the basic salary here, and many more things that is why many businesses have seen forced to close, I thank you for commenting.
