Hello itinerants all over the world and steemit community!

Here in the Philippines, SUMMER IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER. Maybe most of you are already planning where to go and how to spend great times with your friends and family. For sure another bucket list will be unlocked, wonderful places will be explored, extreme activities will be enjoyed, fun times and experiences will be shared and everything will be moved Heaven and Earth.

For today I will bring you to one of the best Islands here in the Philippines which really took my breath away. Just so you know, EL NIDO was included in Trip Advisor’s Travelers’ choice awards for Destinations on the Rise, truly to be the Philippines' last Frontier. It is famous for magnificent and unspoiled beaches and rock formations which make it a natural heavenly paradise. It's also popular being comprised by series of islets but the most sparsely populated region in the country and well-maintained natural oceanic resources. For sure you'll run out of words to describe how blessed this Island is for being perfect at its best. It is one of the most visited by local and international tourists in the Philippines for having unique and uplifting experiences amidst the beautiful natural landscapes.

The main tourist attractions in El Nido Palawan are their naturally stunning crystal clear lagoons, beaches and a lot of water activities. If you are a beach bum, this place is for you. El Nido offers variety of tour packages such as tours A, B and C. I only availed the tour A for as much as I wanted to try all the tours, I just can't because I only had two days and three nights to spare in EL NIDO. It was just like a sidetrip after my appointment at DFA. For sure I'll be coming back here soon and stay longer.

HERE ARE EL NIDO'S MUST TRY ACTIVITIES!

1.) KAYAKING AT THE LAGOON!

THE WATER JUST MAKES ME THIRSTY EVERY TIME. The place surely frees your anxiousness and lightens every shadows the sun makes. You can swim and snorkel in this azure blue sea all day long but be mindful to protect your skin with sun screen. The kayak costs 250-300 pesos (5.00 -6.00 US Dollar) but that's already good for two. But trust me, you can actually go by three to save money and have more fun. JUST KNOW YOUR BALANCE.

2.) SNORKELING

Snorkeling is just simply swimming in the ocean with the help of a snorkel apparatus to comfortably swim and breath under the water. This is the activity that everyone shouldn't miss. The trip will never be complete without trying it. I am truly stunned how EL NIDO maintains the Island's natural beauty and the marine wildlife underneath. I am happy to know that the government is very strict on implementing rules and regulations protecting its natural resources.

3.) ISLAND HOPPING

Most of the tours are island hopping. There are actually many Islets with extra crystal clear water, huge rock formations and powdery white sands plus the mixed cool breeze of the ocean and coconut trees. Certainly, a place that every beach bum is ever dreaming of. The Islets are just twenty to thirty minutes away from one another.

4.) CAVING

Another thing that makes EL NIDO more unique and attractive compared to any other islands in the Philippines for it ostentatiously displays its picturesque gigantic rock formations. Some of the cave lagoons are not visible during high tide. I was just fortunate because the weather was cooperating with me the entire trip.

That's basically it, I really do hope that you find this informative and helpful. If it happens that you have visited the place already, please care to share your experiences in the comment section below. Everyone's glad to hear the stories of yours! I can only see those kind of fish in aquariums. I want to swim with them!. The vibrant different colors of the water in every shot is amazing!
