Today's Thursday morning, is once not characterized by magnificent spring flowers and also not by impressive sunrises. This morning I will take you to one of the most beautiful and historical cities in Saxony. I would like to show you a few pictures showing the city of Bautzen in the heart of Saxony. wonderful Old buildings can be found in the cityscape just like modern architecture. The city is located directly on the river Spree and is also seat of the designated district Bautzen. In addition to the Bautzner mustard which is widely known, there is more to discover here. Thus, the Ortenburg is one of the landmarks of this ancient city. Between the town hall and the cathedral is the meat market, which also has a certain familiarity. A first mention was given to Bautzen in 1002, which was mentioned as "civitas Budusin". der heutige Donnerstag morgen, ist einmal nicht geprägt von herrlichen Frühlingsblumen und auch nicht von beeindruckenden Sonnenaufgängen. Heute morgen will ich euch mitnehmen in ein der schönsten und geschichtsträchtigsten Städte Sachsens. Ich möchte euch ein paar Bilder zeigen, welche die Stadt Bautzen im Herzen Sachsens zeigt. Wundervolle Altbauten sind im Stadtbild genau so zu finden wie moderne Architektur. Die Stadt liegt unmittelbar an der Spree und ist auch Kreissitz des nach ihr benannten Landkreis Bautzen. Neben dem Bautzner Senf der weithin bekannt ist, gibt es noch mehr hier zu entdecken. So zählt die Ortenburg zu den Wahrzeichen dieser alten Stadt. Zwischen dem Rathaus und dem Dom befindet sich der Fleischmarkt welcher auch eine gewisse Bekanntheit hat. Eine erste Erwähnung erfuhr Bautzen im Jahre 1002, sie wurde damals als „civitas Budusin“ erwähnt. Also liebe Steemians, falls ihr einmal hier in Sachsen seid, müsst ihr euch neben vielen anderen schönen Städten unbedingt Bautzen ansehen.
