Dyrholaey - Iceland
Dyrholaey is a place in Iceland located at the southern coastline of the country not far from the town Vik. This is a former volcanic ground and you can perfectly see how water does its job, carves caves and leaves beautiful stone formations behind. I've been living on the seacoast whole my life but staying at ocean coast is totally different, especially the waves.
There was something called killer waves that take you far away from the coast. I'm not so sure how that wave works but its something like two waves on top of each other and blablabla I don't remember, just don't swim there :D
In the next post I'm going to take you to this black beach and cliffs next to it
We also hiked up the cliff where the huge caves are to get a closer look. These are 120 meters above the sea-level. Damn, that's a long way to fall down.
