Hike to the Sigriswiler Rothorn
Dear Steemians
Since I'm back in Switzerland, I have already done the one or the other hike.
Today I was on the sigriswiler Rothorn with a fantastic view of the Swiss Alps.

The ascent was heavy, it goes up steeply.
And some places were a bit difficult for me, with a fear of heights.
When I got through the first difficult spots, came a short good part before it came a rough part again
But the view was already really nice from here

Once up on the ridge, you have an incredible view of all the beautiful snow-capped Alps

Already from up there I could see that the next part of the way does not really get better.
And so it was....

Once again I had to overcome my fear and I'm glad about it.
The last climb up Hoen itself was not so bad, there were still climbing passages, but half as bad.
And from the top the view is even more amazing

For the way back I decided to take another path. Like a fairy tale landscape, the other sect of the Rothorn down.

I can recommend this hike to everyone, but for those who are not quite free from fear of hights, they are more likely to go up on the right side and back again.
I started from Schwanden above Sigriswil.
For me, I had 2 hours and 45 minutes, although it is certainly possible faster because I had my problems with the way.
Down I was in 2 hours.
By the way, I dared to jump into the cold after the trip. Lake Thun already has acceptable warm twmperature.
In the future, as long as I am not traveling, I will gladly report from my excursions and hikes in Switzerland.
Bye for now
