Kumpir
Kumpir is the big potato with different things inside : sausages , mushrooms, corn , souse , tomato, cucumber , salad, etc..
Potato is very big , and they cut it half /half and put everything inside of potato, like in plate
1 kumpir and you are not hungry till the next day 🤗
Midye dolmaci
You will find the mountains of mussels everywhere . This is some typical meal with some porige inside . Lemon and ayran - obligatory attributes of mussels ))
Künefe wıth kaymak
I don’t understand well how they cook it . Sweet cheese . They make it on warmth of coal in metal small plates . And on top they put Kaymak - as a butter only more softer ))) tasty 🤗🤗🤗
