WHY SHOULD YOU NEED TO TAKE A TENNISTIC BALL WITH YOURSELF
All you can do is get up, walk to the toilet and reach out, but if the flight takes several hours, it's not enough. Roll the ball over the shoulders, waist, along the legs and feet to disperse the blood. Massage your legs from bottom to top.
It may sound strange from the outside, but when the plane lands you will feel great. But the passengers who looked at you with bewilderment will be hobbling about the airport on their feet.
