I find it very strange that there are many stories about this tower and it's not really clear which one is true. If the tower would be 500 years old, then ok.. but 100 years old.. hmm.. it should be somewhere documented in my opinion.. The first story sounds the most believable to me :)
I like how it's built in the forest. It fits it somehow perfectly. It looks like it was built to compliment the forest around it.

There is an assumption that the documents were lost during the revolution and other events of that time.
Doubts in the first version are caused by the fact that if it really was the Rotman factory, there would be more chances that there would be more mention of him.
And if it really was a nameless entrepreneur, then the documents have not been preserved.
But in any case, this mystery is for local ethnographers.)
