Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @tmayd:

Arguably one of the most elegant buildings in Prague is the Ball Game Hall (Míčovna) in the Royal Gardens across the deer moat north of the castle. It was originally built in 1569 as a place for the royal family to play ball games as the name indicates, but was used for different purposes and damaged over the centuries. In the fifties it was finally restored and now we can admire the beautiful exterior sgraffito decorations.

The Old Town Bridge Tower is considered to be one of the most beautiful Gothic buildings in Europe. It was built in the 70-80s of the 14th century by architect Petr Parler. The tower was built not only as a fortification, but also represents the type of the victorious arc. Most were damaged in 1648 when the Swedish troops failed to recharge the Old City.

Wow, that image is pretty hard to beat! In my view, it is just perfect!

Beautiful take.

Front view of the Velke Hostice Chateau. Located in the village of Velke Hostice, some 5 km outside of the Silesian town of Opava, the chateau was originally built in the Baroque architectural style but it was later reconstructed into a Classicist building.

It is pretty amazing to see such a magnificent building in a small village like that.

Fortunately Prague was my first place of visit when i came to Czech republic. Even though there are other beautiful sceneries and places of interest in Czech; i am always happy that i first visited Prague.
This photo is a side view of the Prague castle where one can stand uphill to have a wide coverage of the city.

Trip to Kutná Hora

Picture was taken in Kutná Hora. What do I remember about visiting this pleasant place? I remember that silver was mined there earlier. I bought souvenir coins in the museum. And I also remember the amazing constructions of the vaults of the temple.

I am not a big fan of black and white images but this one is spectacular!

I'm also not a fan of black-and-white photos. The fact that this picture was taken on a primitive digital camera of the first releases :)
I do not have the opportunity to travel often to the Czech Republic, I have to do similar tricks with old photos:)

Old Town Square
What a beautiful square flanked on all sides with beautiful centuries-old buildings. Gorgeous place. with beautiful architecture. enjoy the nice weather and cafes. It is a great place to meet people from all over the world.

The National Technical Museum’s aviation collection is mainly geared toward documenting Czech civil aviation. It contains a total of 34 airplanes, of which 18 are on display in the permanent exhibit.

This picture is great

Very very near to famous Prague astronomical clock, I've found this "taxi". Although I'm not a fan using animals for transport outsideof their natural habitats, I have to say it really gave the old city centrum an extra point when it comes to historical vibe.

Very pleasant point on the banks and the river, day and night. Very busy place and linking the main tourist sites. Many itinerant shops on the bridge, not necessarily cheap. Quieter at night but spectable just as nice, a nice stroll for romantics.

Lovely photography.

Old Town Square is the number one attraction and gathering place in the Czech Republic. Most of the buildings facing the square are of Gothic architecture. Czechs are master in art-glassmaking. Take your time and enjoy the history. Here is the center of the City with lots of sites.

LOM JANIČŮV VRCH
The quarry leads through Sv. a hill of blue tourist sign directly from Mikulov, but you can also reach it by the road. The photo is from a viewpoint above the quarry. Lom Janičův vrch, also known as the flooded Lom near Mariánský mlýn, is a natural monument and a flooded limestone quarry located just outside Mikulov.
