Price of 40 SBD/140 USD: 7 World's Continents Photo Challenge - MONTHLY WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT - March 2018!

It is my great pleasure to announce the 3rd monthly winner of 2018 of my 7 World's Continents Photo Challenge that has established its position among the most popular photo contests on Steemit. Rovinj, Croatia. Visitors to Rovinj are often struck by its resemblance to Venice, its neighbor almost directly across the Adriatic Sea. The only thing that seems to distinguish “Little Venice” from its namesake is the absence of canals and busloads of tourists.
For submitting his image, @ansharphoto received approximately $20 in upvotes from me, 20 SBD for winning the weekly round and I am sending him another 40 SBD now for winning the monthly challenge.

It happened in Thailand, in the Andaman Sea. At the very end of the dive I saw a sea turtle. She swam from coral to coral and did not notice my presence. Turtles are very calm, if you do not touch them. I swam next to her doing a frame-by-frame. At some point a flock of small fish swept past us. It lasted just a couple of seconds. I managed to make only one photo.

After a few hours' hike from the village El Chaltén in Argentina, I reached this turquoise glacier lake in front of Mount Fitz Roy. It is an unforgettable experience trekking in this region with magnificent peaks and stunning waterways.

Kananaskis Country is a park system located west of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in the foothills and in front of the Canadian Rockies. The country of Kananaskis can be accessed by three roads that intersect with the area: Highway 40, a segment 66 km (41 miles) from Bighorn Highway and also known as Kananaskis Trail; Highway 66, a 28 km (17 miles) highway that originates near Bragg Creek known as Elbow Falls Trail; and Highway 68, a 42 km (26 mi) gravel road that originates from the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) known as the Sibbald Creek Trail.
