Sigiriya, Sri Lanka. Sigiriya is one of the few places in Sri Lanka that are overcrowded with tourists, despite the hefty entrance fee. I went early in the morning and had about two hours to climb the rock and enjoy the stunning view from the top of the rock with relatively few people around. On the way down, I passed by hundreds of tourists.
His amazing picture received total upvotes from you in the amount of $5.04! Apart from my upvotes on one of his posts, I am sending 20 SBD to @jpphotography as the price for winning the weekly round.
From here, his stunning picture from Sri Lanka automatically enters the second round where it will compete against the previous and upcoming winners from the month of July for the price of 40 SBD. Beautiful morning on Playa el Bollulo, Tenerife, Canary Islands. This beach with pitch black volcanic sand is one of the most beautiful on the island. I was mesmerized with the contrast of sand and the water rolling back and creating the white foamy lines. I have spent some time just looking at this natural beauty and noticed the amazing subtle reflection in the middle ground. All I needed is a subject and it was easy to find because there are several rock formations on the beach. I took several shots to find the right balance in all this permanent changing and combined several images (foreground with the leading lines, middle ground with reflection and subject with rock and crashing waves).

"Lost City" in Litchfield NP. These rock formations in Litchfield National Park in Australia's Northern Territory are known as "lost city" and while these rocks are all natural, if you look at them closely, you can actually recognise the pillars of an ancient city!
