My homeland around Moravská Třebová. The picture was taken at sunrise from a lookout tower above the city. The town lies on the border of Moravia and Bohemia and there are hills all around. When visibility is good, Praded can be seen from here.

Municipal House is a civic building that houses Smetana Hall, a celebrated concert venue, in Prague. It is located on Náměstí Republiky next to the Powder Gate in the center of the city. Today, the building is used as concert hall, ballroom, civic building, and includes cafes and restaurants. Many of the rooms in the building are closed to the public and open only for guided tours.

St. Vitus Cathedral. The cathedral is grandiose not only in its architecture, but also in scale. No matter how hard I tried, I could only photograph the cathedral in such a way that it completely entered the frame, at a great distance from it! The impression the cathedral produces is amazing ... the first thought that arose when I saw what I saw was a fairy tale.

Orlík (Small Eagle), Chateau and Dam, South Bohemia. The castle was originally (14th century) royal. But it soon became a property of the nobility. The last are Schwarzenbergs. The castle still belongs to them. The castle was high above the river. But the workers came and built a giant dam between 1954 and 1962. The dam is nearly 80 meters deep. The amount of water retained is the largest in the Czech Republic. There is no point in adding any other numbers

Gloriet Hat near the town of Domažlice. This interesting building stands on a bare hill above the village of Kout na Šumavě and reminds of the shape of a cardinal hat the battle of Domažlice, which took place near the year 1431. In this battle, the Hussite army defeated the crusader army led by Margrave Frederick of Brandenburg without a fight Cardinal Julian Cesarini. He allegedly lost his hat here while escaping.

A view of Malá Strana (Lesser Town) a historic and very aristocratic neighborhood of Prague.
These red roofs are very typical of the place. The photo was taken from the hill of Prague Castle

A wine cellar owned and run by the Svoboda family, one of many families who run a wine making business in the little South Moravian town of Petrov that is famous for its picturesque, hand painted wine cellars and delicious wines.
