Hello fellow Steemians!

Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Tuesday of Antarctica and world´s oceans - where the winner of the weekly round will be able to participate for the total of 200 SBD! Today, you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to the continent of Antarctica. Your entries need to be submitted by the midnight of Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. The rule number one is to use only personal images. Ten winning photos will receive an upvote from me from which I will pick one winner that will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts.

The winner of daily challenge then competes against winners from other continental challenges of the respective week to receive the price of 20 SBD. That will be decided by you based on the dollar value of upvotes of my winning post announcement. The winning weekly picture then automatically enters other rounds for the price of 200 SBD in total.

Please see the winners of the previous contests of the week and give them your support if you like their images to be the one winning the weekly price and entering the other stages of the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge. You can vote for them by upvoting his winner announcement posts below:

@vinceboisgard Asian Sunday entry:

The majestic Taj-Mahal made of white marble. Build for a princess and unfortunately used as a tomb where she sleeps for ever. The roof is made of Star Diopside Gems that shine like stars when the moon is full. This is a magnificent place to see and visit.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – Australian Monday week #18 – winner announcement!

@mibreit-photo with the following entry:

Here's something from famous Milford Sound for you. I travelled New Zealand's South Island back a few years ago and at first I was a bit sceptical as to, if this location could live up to all the hype around it. But it didn't dissapoint. Milford Sound is one of the most spectacular locations I have ever visited. The drive there alone was already worth the visit. Then I even got lucky with this sunset.

This is my looking back and looking forward picture. This is the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Puerto Vallarta. I spent New Year's there last year and had a wonderful time. On Jan 2, 2017 my friends and I took a chartered cruise to watch the sunset from the ocean. It was my first time in PV and I loved it. And I am incredibly excited because I will be going back there in 6 weeks to celebrate a friend's birthday. So hopefully I'll have more pictures to share from here!

Looks like a beautiful place to head back to .

So beautiful, than you for sharing. Tomas

Another cold but colourful sunset at Baltic Sea, near Klaipeda, Lithuania. The point of view is very low and close to the ice/snow, makes effect like looking from the top of an iceberg
A touch of long exposure to make scene even more calm

Enjoy it!

Wow, those Baltic shots of yours never fail to amaze me... your country should thank you for this amazing promotion ;)

Generally yes, due very often windy and humid weather sunset here are colourful :)
But generally the climate still not so good as for some summer tourism even... pretty cold even summer

beautiful sunset :)

Great shot!

I generally don't like sunset photos because too clichè, but this won me over!!!

Incredible shot as always!

This really is a awesome pic. My favourite. Hope you win.

A shot I took of a humpback whale in the deep blue water of the Pacific Ocean off Australia. Using long range telephoto lenses out in open ocean is much harder than most people realize due the magnification of rocking from the swell in the viewfinder. Shot at high speed (1/3200 of a second).

I missed one like that , was so captivated I forgot to click ....

Beautiful!! I just published a post about the Humpbacks two days ago :) Awesome creatures. And fabulous shot.

nice shots! also wondering if you need a big luck to see this humpback whale on the sea ? i never see the wild ones , and hope i can see it one day :)

Yes you do need some luck to see them very close; but if your in the right place at the right time of year you will see them for sure .

Wow, perfect timing. Thank you for sharing with everyone. Kindly stay tuned for the winner announcement coming in later on. Tomas

When I was still going to school, I did an exchange year in Tasmania. Two years ago, I returned to visit my friends and host family and to see more of this amazing island. I went on a camping trip in the South of Tasmania with some friends and in the morning fog was hovering over the golden waters of the Tasman Sea.

The best way to see the worlds most remote places is definitely by yacht. Unfortunately we did not make it to Antarctica, but the tropical paradise of French Polynesia in the South Pacific was a fair trade. I was lucky enough to work on this vessel in such far-away and amazing locations such as Moorea.

Quitting my office job to get paid to travel was definitely worth it!!

Great pic! We do have something in common... I spent many years working on cruise ships:)....

Oh really? Cool! It sure is a great way to save money. Hopefully I will be able to steem and travel where ever I want continuously in the future, just like you. What a great inspiration you are..

In the northernmost part of Tenerife you can find the black lava beach Playa de Almaciga. It is located near the town Taganana below the Anaga mountains and is a paradise for surfers with its strong waves. It offers very nice views with its black rocks and steep coastline...

Aww... Tenerife... my beloved island! :))

Thank you so much for your fantastic entry. Tomas

This photography is from Iceland. I was there last February and our main goal was to get the best possible photo of Aurora Borealis, but that doesn’t mean that we skip opportunity of getting other amazing photos. Photo below is one of my favorites; it represents endless view on North Atlantic Ocean.

Stunner! Looks like the legendary midnight sun :)

Thank you for you kind words. For me mist above the water is what makes this photo special :)

Whant an image! Great entry. Thank you so much.

Thank you Thomas. Anxiously waiting for winning post later on and new theme with new stunning photos :)

Every year, like for 3 years, I draw lots with my girlfriend to see which place to visit in September/October, it's like our vacation trip. But occasionally we do getaways, in Europe to do it with low-cost companies is very economic and easy, which if it is true that I never thought that Iceland was a country that gave so much of itself. Has everything, and very freezing too!

From now on, in order to give more truthfulness to the photos, I will tell you the parameters used when taking the picture, so that there are less confusions.

So... The Parameters used were: 14mm | f/16 | 15s | ISO 100
Camera: Fujifilm X-E2

Thanky you so much for taking part in the challnge and submitting this amazing image!

The pleasure is mine and thank you for the gesture you have with all of us!!! 📷

To be honest, I stopped sharing a lot of photos a year ago because Instagram is full of fake influencers and lies... But gestures like this encourage me, being frank. 😅

Awesome photo! Woooooow!

It's a pity because even though the photo is beautiful, there are times when there isn't a camera that can capture what we see with our eyes! (yet... 😅)

Now I want to see ALL of your original photos!!!!

It's impossible to compete with Antarctica - such a cool part of the world, one I'm anxious to see and to follow in the tracks of men like Amundsen, Scott and Shackleton - so I'll go in the opposite direction with a warm and sunny photo from beautiful Bermuda, at one of the sandy beaches of St. George's Island in the morning. Thanks again for hosting this contest, @czechglobalhosts!

Bermuda Sunrise

Just another amazing image submission by you. Grat job!

Thank you! But your contests are making me realize I need to travel more. :)

Here's my entry for " 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Tuesday of Antarctica and world´s oceans" by @czechglobalhosts

manta point flores-1.jpg

I took this picture on my travel trips to Flores island, Indonesia. During my 5 days hopping islands, i manage to visit this manta point where you can witness the majestic sea creature " Manta Ray ". It's a big fish with a size about 3 meter. I love the reflection of the sky on the sea, it's like a mirror. After snorkled with the manta ray, you can just simply relaxing on the boat while sunbathing.

Hope you guys like this pictures i shared :)

What a stunning image. Thank you so much for taking part in the challenge. Kindly stay tuned for the winner announcement coming later on today. Tomas

Thanks Tomas @czechglobalhosts, I'll wait for the announcement :)
