One Cloud Day. During the Monsoon Season convection can occur at any time of day or night depending on conditions. The most beautiful time of course is around sunset, but more often than not the light is blocked by clouds. This isolated early stage thunderstorm formed quickly in the late day heat, fully exposed to the setting sun. Revealing the nature of the storm.

Bangkok Skyline. This week I want to share a picture with you which I took roughly 24 hours ago on the KingTower in Bangkok during the sunset. It's an absolute stunning view point with a 360 view around Bangkok. Make sure to check it out when ever you are there.

The Swan. Pretty stunning colorful and calm sunset at Curonian Spit, Lithuania. And wouldn't be so much interesting without the lonely swan slowly approaching to my shooting position :) Quite a perfect model for the set. Enjoy it!

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - African Wednesday week #79 - winner announcement!

@mibreit-photo African Wednesday entry:

It's been a while, but I finally have some new photos. Here is one, which I took last month while travelling into the Erg Chigaga in Morocco. Erg means "Sea of Sand", which is also the title of this photo here. Standing on one of the highest dunes in the Erg I could see for miles in every direction.

I have always wanted to visit one of those northern countries that dusk lasts for hours so that I can find out if it is as magical as in Greece, that lasts only a few moments! Her is one of the most cosmopolitan sunsets in Greece at the village of Naousa, on Paros island!

Hidden in the pristine Yucatan jungle in a remote part of Tulum, the Yaxchen Cenote is one of thousands of cenotes found on the Yucatan Peninsula. Cenote is usually defined as a sinkhole that formed naturally after a limestone bedrock above it collapsed so Yaxchen is actually not a typical cenote as it looks more like a lake but when it comes to the underwater world of this place, you will be stunned by its diversity and beauty.

Playa Paraiso in the Riviera Maya is a quintessential beach destination for travelers on the hunt for perfection. This stunning place is located on the best ranked Mexico beach on Riviera Maya. That beautiful beach with fine white sand and clear blue water is also perfect place for active relaxing. You can try some water sports like snorkeling, windsurfing, scuba-diving, boogie boarding and many others.

In February my brother @jarvie and I took a weekend trip to Northern Arizona to play in the snow.
After spending time in Sedona we headed up to the Grand Canyon to take picture of it at sunset. Wow it was stunning.

Yes, it really looks stunning. Lucky you did the trip to the Grand Canyon ;)

Thanks @roadtrips, Yes it was great to be there with this much snow.

This is really pretty, nice job!

Photo of the Niagara Falls taking from the Canadian side. It is impressive to see and feel this massive presence of water. When taking this photo there were so much water in suspension in the air that my photo equipment got wet.

One of the most iconic remote areas in Jasper National park, Maligne Lake's "Spirit Island". Only accessible by boat or canoe, this remote area was part of an early Kodak colorama campaign when a photographer was sent across North America to photograph uncharted territory. A photograph of Spirit Island had been selected for the advertisement campaign and a picture stood tall in Grand Central Station for decades sparking one of the greatest tourist spike to the area ever experienced that led to expanding the tourism industry into boat tours that we enjoy today.

We experienced a bad wildfire season in the next province (British-Columbia) and the smoke from the wildfires were starting to enter the mountain corridor hiding the gorgeous mountain landscape behind the small patch of land. Little did we know, this would be the last smoke free days of the summer we would experience for the rest of last summer.

Alcatraz, San Francisco
Between the years 1934 and 1963 the island Alcatraz was a high security prison. Probably back then there wasn't that much traffic on the sea. Today Alcatraz is a famous tourist attraction and museum.

I love the outdoor space you get in North America. It's so refreshing being a European and having the opportunity to explore such vast, uninterrupted swathes of land and water. Here is a shot from Ontario, Canada on a summers day. The tranquil lake is being disturbed by our boat.

What a scenery! We submitted pretty similar photos today actually :) Very different locations though :D

Thanks!! Different indeed! The scenery in your image looks very peaceful!

Here is the extension of Niagara Fall. After we enjoyed the Fall, we turned to our bus and passed through the river. Than we stopped here with the direction of our guide and took deep fresh breathes and witnessed the flow of water..

Cincinnati Downtown skyline at 3 AM in the morning.

The city which never sleeps and the place remembered for the beer. Every street had multiple underground breweries. The city drank more beer than water 🍻
The city municipal made a rule -"No selling of beer on Sunday"
The shops took it serious and announced "We do not sell beer on Sundays, we sell food and Beer is FREE"

Hope you like the picture 😊
