Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @khaan:

St Bartholomew's Cathedral. Very beautiful cathedral and the oldest building of the city. An excellent representative of the strictly Gothic style. Located in the city center near the main attractions. This magnificent cathedral lies in the heart of Plzen, on the Square of the Republic. It represents the best legacy of the European Gothic architecture. Have some time and climb up to the tower!

I rewarded @khaan entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

The Church of St Nicholas, the most famous Baroque church in Prague.
Walking into the nave of St Nicholas church my jaw dropped with the beauty and infinite detail that met my eyes. The ornate decorations of gold, mosaics, stone and art are mesmerizing as you try notice and appreciate every part of it. I have been to many churches in Europe by this one for me definitely stands out.

Snap shot taken at an outdoor art exhibition that took place near the Vysehrad Fortress in summer a few years ago. The church in the backgroud is the Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul, a majestic neo-Gothic church and the dominant landmark of the area.

This DinoPark is unusually positioned on the roof of the Gallery Harfa Shopping Centre. Here you can go on an adventurous journey into the Mesozoic era among static and robotic life-sized models of dinosaurs, with plenty of things to see.

Taking in the beautiful weather and looking down towards the city from Petřín Park. Vine growing in the heart of the Gothic city of Prague. What a great location for a city-vinyard.

Nice shot! Just make sure you meet the requirement of at least 30-word description ;) Same with your African Wednesday entry btw ;)

Thanks mate. I've got to stop doing that...!

Pilsen, the building of the West Bohemian Museum. The museum began its activities in the late nineteenth century. The building project was created by one of the best architects of the time, Joseph Shkorpil. The construction of the museum lasted about four years. Outstanding Czech painters and sculptors took part in the works on the interior of the museum premises. In the early 90s, the Museum of West Bohemia became the center of life research. Scientific lectures and seminars are constantly held within its walls, as well as professional presentations by leading historians. In front of the museum is a monument to the victims of communist repression.

Rudolfinum, Manes Bridge and Hradcany, Old Town, Prague

Today about Rudolfinum ... The building was planned as a cultural center of Prague. It was built between 1876 and 1881 in Neo-Renaissance style. The construction was paid by Česká spořitelna, a bank that celebrated 50 years. It was inaugurated by the then Crown Prince Rudolf, after which the building was named. The most important hall was the concert hall.
The Prince committed suicide in four years. But the building stands still.

Old Town Square
One of the most beautiful squares ever seen especially in the evening where there is a beautiful atmosphere. Moreover, the astronomical clock and the cathedral in front are structures of breathtaking grandeur.

If you are in Lesser Town and want to avoid the crowds for a while, this is an ideal place. The garden is relatively small but beautifully designed. When you climb the stairs, you have one of the most beautiful views of Prague. Only the entrance fee is relatively high, and unfortunately the boxwood shrub from which the hedgerow is with the pest has fought at the time of our last visit, so that part of the plants were completely brown. I hope the gardeners will soon win over the pest!

Cathedral of st. Bartholomew is the largest and most beautiful church in the city. Located in the central Republic Square. The square is beautiful, the modern fountains reduce its attractiveness. In good weather, the tower of the church overlooks the wide surroundings, overlooking the whole of Pilsen. The cathedral boasts the highest tower in the whole country.

Good day. Visited Cesky Krumlov and did not regret. Really reminds Prague. Beautiful, especially the views of the historical center from above. It is a pity that the tour allowed in the city only 4 hours. In Cesky Krumlov you need to come for at least 2 days to see the city. And it is better for five days to inspect everything.
