Hello fellow Steemians!

I am starting the week #50 of my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge and we are back to the continent of Asia.

If you like to participate, place your personal image from your travels in Asia in the comment section below with a short 30 to 50 word description. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.

Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 SBD in total. So far I have given out thousands of dollars in upvotes and hundreds of SBD in rewards.

After today´s Asian photo contest, the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge will be followed as per below rotation and then starting again with Asia on next Sunday.

• Monday: Australia and New Zealand
• Tuseday: Antarctica + the world’s oceans
• Wednesday: Africa
• Thursday: Europe
• Friday: North America
• Saturday: South America

Having general bus tourist trip around the Dubai one day, that wasn't really too much time to spend at the observation deck of famous Burj Khalifa, maybe some 30 mins only. And was quite lucky by this time to have a scheduled performance of also famous Burj Khalifa dancing fountains and to see it from very unusual point of view - from almost 500 meters top. So here we have the smiling city warmly welcoming the tourists from all over the world. Enjoy it!

Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Saigon, is the largest metropolitan area in Vietnam with over 12 million people. There are so many cool, interesting places to see in this city, but in this case, I got lucky. This was the view from my hotel room while I was staying there. It's great to wake up and get a beautiful shot of the city without leaving my room!

Amazing sandstone pillars in the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in China. Some people call them the Avatar Floating Mountains, because they look like the Hallelujah Mountains of Pandora. Perhaps James Cameron was inspired by this beautiful place.

One of the places i wanna see in China 😊, it looks beautiful @roadtrips

What an incredible place! Well done.

View on Penang, Malaysia

Penang is overlooked by Penang hill. Instead of taking the cable car, I hiked up all the way to the peak from the Botanical Gardens and was rewarded with this spectacular view over the city.

I have also posted this photo on my blog.

I just had a long train journey but unfortunately not THERE ~ ✨ ~

Definitely worth the hike to be rewarded with such an awesome view.

I got to explore the Wadi Rum desert in Jordan. We had a 4 wheel drive to get around in. And stopped to climb this mountain and have a snack and appreciate the view.

Beautiful scenery to have a snack 😋 @vcclothing

It sure was ☺

What an interesting landscape, looks almost like a Mars:)

It sure does look like mars ☺

This is one of a beautiful sunrise i had when i was in Gili Trawangan island, a small island near Lombok. No cars, no bike is allowed in this island. But unfortunately we can't go visit the island for a while now, since the earthquake hit Lombok last month. Many building were damaged, and all the people were evacuated from the island for their safety.

Wow, what a stunner!

Thanks Tomas :)

This is a beautiful natural landscape in the hills of Geurutee, Aceh, Indonesia. Geurutee Hill is one of the natural attractions with amazing views because there are beautiful beaches and small island so the tourist destination here is an attraction to visit, especially for photographers who like the scenery.

Nansijiao, New Taipei City - Taiwan
Nansijiao used to be my home for 6 months when i lived in Taiwan. It's a very local, busy and living part of New Taipei. I can't tell anyone how much I miss the food in this district. It even would be worth just flying there to eat some dumpelings, Ha ! :))

Hmm, I hear you out, the food makes all the difference:)

It does! Thank you Tomas :))

Koh Chang, Thailand

Arriving on the Thai Island of Koh Chang with the Speed Boat was a experience itself. But staying for almost 2 weeks on this beautiful Island was amazing. However, I like the shot of the arrival with the palm trees along the whole beach.

This give me a feeling I want to go on vacation:)

Osaka, Japan is a city full of history and nice places to explore. We spent a day in this sanctuary.

The Great Sumiyoshi Shrine, is a Shinto Shrine. It is the most important of all Sumiyoshi shrines in Japan. It is the oldest sanctuary where the sanjin sumiyoshi are worshiped.

The Taj Mahal is such a stunning construction that you can easily find yourself mind-blowing and confused while looking at it. Even the gardener still very intrigued about this wonder of the world.
I captured this moment playing with the perspectives... Enjoy :)
