Hello fellow Steemians!
I am starting the week #101 of my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge and we are back to the continent of Asia.
If you like to participate, place your personal image from your travels in Asia in the comment section below with a short 30 to 50 word description. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.
Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 Steem in total. So far I have given out thousands of dollars in upvotes and hundreds of SBD in rewards.

This is Lake Ala Kol in Kyrgyzstan. You'll find this lake high up in the mountains near the city Karakol. A lot of people make the effort to hike up all the way up and see the blueness of this glacier lake. To us it was breathtaking.

The Osaka Castle in Japan is an amazing castle! Surrounded by a huge moat. This castle was built in the 16th century and is full of history. It is a must see when visiting Osaka.

The Way to Pasikuda Beach: A dream location on SRI LANKA!
A deserted dream beach, palm plantations and fishing huts can be found in the area of Pasikuda.
In order to achieve this wonderful tranquility, you have to take 7 hours transfer time after a long flight to Sri Lanka. Pasikuda is one of the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka.

This was taken outside a florist in Taiwan. The two massive tree trunks were sculpted into a half ring and placed together to make a big ring seat. It is definitely one of the most remarkable urban benches I've seen.
The Bell Tower of Xi'An, China is located in the heart of the city.
It was built in 1384 during the early Ming Dynasty and it is now an emblematic symbol of the city. It is even more stunning at night when it light up.
View of the Treasury in Petra, Jordan
While the ticket to Petra is the single most expensive entry fee I have ever paid, locals can get in for free. Many run small shops in the site, but a few teenagers are blocking access to a trail to this viewpoint demanding a fee for a "guided tour" from any tourist who wants to pass. At first I didn't bother, but when I saw them physically attacking a tourist in front of me who had also decided to ignore them and go by himself, I turned back and took an alternative route. Apart from this event, I had very positive experiences with Jordanians, so it is a shame that the local authorities allow these highwaymen to do their sketchy business at the countries' most frequented tourist site.

Golden Marina
Dubai is very contrasting city. Here is fine example - amazing white Mosque in a traditional style surrounded by high-tech skyscrapers. Contrast of size, contrast of colors
Shot on a golden hour sunset sailing with a small ship all around Dubai Marina. Perfect memories of quite a stunning evening overall
Enjoy!

This is the main high way located in Sabya Jizan KSA, connected all cities and province in Saudi Arabia.. Most of the highway have a date plants whether in the center island or both sides. It looks so nice most especially when it's bearing fruits.
Thank you @czechglobalhost

A view to Sigiriya, in Sri Lanka, a massive rock that was once home to the royal palace. Although it takes some time and effort to climb the over 1000 steps to get to the top, the views are just incredible! And the gardens and constructions you see before even starting the climb and another reason to place Sigiriya on your must-see list, if you visit the country!
Las Casas De Filipinas De Acuzar located in Bagac, Bataan, Philippines. A 27 Spanish-era heritage houses known as Bahay na Bato. One of the major materials used by Las Casas is clay. The carves elaborately designed reliefs and sets of kantonera and balustre found on the exterior of each bahay na bato.
Here's my entry: The Legendary Mt. Canlaon. It's one of our tourist spots here.
