Hello fellow Steemians!
It is my great pleasure to announce the winner of 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - African Wednesday. I would like to say huge thank you to all the participants for their great entries. The number of entries yesterday was very good with many high-quality images so it was extremely hard to decide on the winning one. I encourage you to check the entries as they really were all stunning.
You can see all entries and participants in this post: 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - African Wednesday week #85 - the absolute winner takes 200 SBD!
Please give a huge shout out to the best ten competitors for taking part in the challenge and sharing their photos and experience with all of us here on Steemit:
It would be great if you can visit their blogs and appreciate their awesome photography skills with some upvotes.
However, the winner is only one and that is for me picture posted by @paniczklos with the following entry:
I've promised myself not to bore you with zebras anymore, so I dig up a photo of fighting ( loving?;)) Wildebeests - and yes I didn't know either that it's a real name. I thought locals are saying "wild beast" and it amused me that some one calls a Gnu this way. Now I wish I had some.more spectacular photos from my trip to Africa as it might not happen soon again ;/
What a great contribution from @paniczklos to the photo challenge! I have visited @paniczklos blog and upvoted his post called "klos's tomatoes" - DAY 2 - Do You use polarizer filter idoors ?. @paniczklos amazing entry from Africa is qualifying for the weekly challenge where it will be competing against the previous and upcoming winners of the week:
@travelshots Asian Sunday entry:
I took this photo on the roof top of the Regalia apartment complex in Kuala Lumpur. In my opinion there you can enjoy the best panoramic view of the whole city. Especially watching a sunrise there is an amazing experience!
@dronegraphica Australian Monday entry:
This is the lovely town of Akaroa in Cantebury on the south island of New Zealand. People refer to this place as the Kiwi 'French Rivera' due to its French influence from the colonial times. It is situated in a beautiful bay and is visited by cruise liners, as they can no longer access Christchurch since the earthquake.
@aleksandra.mart Tuesday of Antarctica and World´s Oceans entry:
Fisherman catches fish. The photo was taken in Vietnam. I was there in December for a week. Amazing country, I will definitely come there for a longer period.
The winner of the weekly challenge will be selected by you based on the dollar value of this post and then entered to a monthly and possibly yearly challenge on the way to win the price of 200 SBD in total. You can give @paniczklos your support by upvoting this winner announcement post.
My next challenge is coming shortly: European Thursday. Get your pictures ready! :)
