Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @surfercz:

In this photo we see Helfenburk near Bavorov. It is a ruin of the castle in the southern Bohemia and the whole complex lies in the district of Strakonice. In 1355 the castle was built by the Rosenbergs to protect the nearby town of Bavorov. The castle is in Gothic style.

I rewarded @surfercz entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Bone Church or Sedlec Ossuary has a very unique vibe to it. Being a non christian, it was surprising to see human bones used for decorating a church which till recent past was being used for prayers too. You will be part awkward, part mesmerized and part astonished soaking into this amazing place. The church is filled with human bones of all sizes and body parts, stacked in decorative pieces and heaps. The central chandelier is said to have all bones of human body used in making. Its amazing to think that each bone has been painstakingly cleaned and decorated (mostly by drilled wires or nails) to be a part of larger scheme.

The Metropolitan Cathedral of Saints Vitus, Wenceslaus and Adalbert is a Roman Catholic metropolitan cathedral in Prague, the seat of the Archbishop of Prague. This cathedral is a prominent example of Gothic architecture and is the largest and most important church in the country.

A night close-up shot of the front side of the Church of St. Ludmila, a majestic neo-Gothic Roman Catholic church located at the Peace Square in Prague - Vinohrady, built on plans of Josef Mocker in 1888–1892. It is named in honor of St. Ludmila of Bohemia, a Czech saint and martyr venerated by the Orthodox and Roman Catholics.

Old Town Square
One of the most beautiful squares ever seen especially in the evening where there is a beautiful atmosphere. Moreover, the astronomical clock and the cathedral in front are structures of breathtaking grandeur.

We were lucky enough to be in Cesky Krumlov while it snowed which was so pretty the snow on the roofs and the trees. The buildings are amazing medieval and all used as shops, homes, restaurants, museums and of course the castle. Wonderful place to spend a few days round every corner there is a wow view and because it is small and largely traffic free very easy to walk round.

Some old houses in Prague 4 Braník. Near the rail station Branické nádraží. This house stands on the beauties of the Velký Háj forest. The house has an interesting wooden balcony and is built in a steep slope. I did't find more information about house.

It is a late Gothic building dating from 1535. The building is beautiful and yet inconspicuous. Its aim was not to provoke Christians. It was fundamentally extended in the Renaissance style at the beginning of the 17th century.
At present, there is a Memorial to the Victims of Nazi Racial Persecution.

St. Barbara's Church
Beautiful, beautiful, imposing. A stop not to be missed in this small town an hour from Prague. I really like Gothic cathedrals and this is by far one of the most beautiful I've visited. From the outside it is very impressive while inside it looks small but it is very beautiful. The chapels seem to be decorated with mosaics but in reality it is glass; the golden organ is beautiful and I suggest you climb to the top of the cathedral so that you can see everything from above.

The Cathedral of St. Vitus is very beautiful. Perhaps the most beautiful of them all. The entrance ticket allows you to enter the cathedral and expose you to ancient history. Standing there You can feel the power of a religious leader.
The painting of Virgin Mary holds Jesus surrounded by saints. This painting from 1380 was exposed on the southern wall in 1869. The mention of possible contributors to the financing of the painting challenges the thought as many exhibits in the cathedral. Worth every moment.

Many times I was in Prague, but my legs were brought here for the first time. The garden is a magnificent, small pearl of Prague crowded with sights and tourists. In the garden there are visitors, but not many. Retire not work out, but in the back of the head do not breathe. The vrtba garden consists of several terraces decorated with flower beds, trees, a vineyard. There is a fountain and a small observation deck at the top. View of Prague is gorgeous.
