Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @magnata:

Prague Castle is a whole complex of buildings and structures, cathedrals and squares. Initially, Prague Castle was created as a fortress, the possessions of which expanded, and the walls of which were strengthened every year until they became stone. Over time, four places are formed in Prague, enclosed by fortifications — Stare Mesto, Novoe mesto, Mala Strana, Hradcany, which are currently historical districts of Prague with a huge number of attractions.

Unusual artwork known as "The Yellow Penguins" found on a bank of the Vltava River in the center of Prague. The installation was created by the Cracking Art Group in 2008. The shiny building in the upper right corner is the National Theater.

Beautiful panoramic view of the Prague neighborhood known as Zizkov, dominated by the Zitkov Tower. The tower is one of the most famous and distinctive pieces of modern architecture in the city of Prague.

The Bedřich Beneš Buchlovan Library in Uherské Hradiště. A former synagogue situated in the town's historical core. It is a monumental, single-hall structure which was built in 1875. Now it is the public library with universal collections and the center for the regional libraries of Uherskohradistsko. I really like it there.

A beautiful example of Baroque architecture in the first half of the 18th century. It would be a good photo ...
... if there were no wires on it! Buses and trams run in Prague. Trams are more environmentally friendly. But the power wires are the "adornment" of every photography.
