About point 10, Germany is the most organized. On several escalators/travelators, there signs explaining to stand on the right if you're just standing so that people can walk on the left.

Regarding point 7, I often travel Economy in Europe, and the passengers are getting more and more squeezed. The backseats barely recline 5 centimeters. So it doesn't make much difference... It only matters on long flights.
