I've recently started training on a kids playground (at night when there's no one there lol) and i'm really enjoying it! for a while i was only working out using weights, but since moving to calisthenics i feel a lot better and like i'm working my whole body instead of just focusing on arms or legs etc. And like you said, it can be done anywhere in the world! Those fruits looks amazing btw! can't wait to go back to asia!

Oh that is such a good idea! I bet playgrounds are the perfect setting to get creative with your calisthenics Workout 😉 Yes, when we start training with all of our body, we finally feel how many muscles we have in unknown places that also want to be included in our movements!

I will soon head to Chiang Mai and I‘ve heard that this should truly be a fruit paradise - so excited to try some fruits for the first time, such as durian.

Where did you travel in Asia and what was your fruity heaven? ☺️
