To exercise from walking in the fitness park 锻炼从健身公园走起！

Yesterday, I saw friends show her photos of her mother in my circle of friends. The scenery was so beautiful. Look at the lake and the trees,I feel they are a little more like the West Lake. After I watch it carefully , I know that it is Baiyun Water which lies near the Forest Zoo.

昨天看到朋友在朋友圈给老妈拍的几张漂亮风景照片， 看那湖那树怎么感觉跟西湖有一拼呢？ 再一看原来是森林动物园附近的白云雁水。

When I was in college because it is relatively close to that place, I often went there with my classmate . It was only a way that led to the forest zoo in my memory . The lake was not big at that time , but it's still beautiful. It's been almost 20 years since I went there for the last time. Now it has changed a lot . This aroused my great curiosity. Anyway, the afternoon is fine. It's not far from me. I reached there by bus ..

上大学的时候因为离那比较近， 因此经常过去， 印象中也就是通往动物园的路上有个白云雁水湖。湖不大， 但是还是挺美的。现在已经将近20年没去了，看样子变化挺大。 这引起了我强大的好奇心。反正下午没事，离我又不远， 做一趟公交车不到半个小时就到了，就去走走吧。

It was a real surprise when I got to my destination. There has been no impression of the image, , It is such a big change that everything has made me so shocked . Now, follow me to go to the fitness park and have a walk!

到了目的地， 还真是让我大吃一惊，这里已经没有了印象中的形象。一切都让我那么震撼， 没想到变化这么大，下面就请大家跟我一起去健身公园走走吧！

The first thing you can see is the gate of the park, an open and modern arc gate. It's very impressive.

首先映入眼帘的是公园的大门， 一个敞开式，又富有现代气息的开放式圆弧形大门，很是气派。

It is a winding Avenue, very broad, with a walkway on both sides. It led to the zoo, on both sides you can see the mountain which made you feel the winding path leads to a secluded quiet place . There are lots of variety of landscape at the foot of the north side of the mountain.

往里走就是一条弯曲的大道，很是宽阔，两侧有步行道。 这个公园一直通往动物园， 两侧是山， 依托山体建的公园， 有点曲径通幽的感觉。 北侧山体下建有各种景观。

When you walk a little while , you can see a signpost to show you how to get there! On the roadside you can also see this kind of warm prompt advertisement language.

每走一小段，都有一个路标， 指引你该怎么走！ 路边不停的还有这种温馨提示的广告语。

There is a big square here, on summer morning, or evening. Here is a place for people to dance, exercise and practice the sword. Sometimes communities do big events.

这里有个大广场， 夏天的早上或者晚上这里是大家跳舞，健身， 练剑的场所。 有时候社区也会搞大型的活动。

It's a big stage, and it's usually a place for people to have big group events.

这是一个大舞台， 通常也是为大家有大型集体活动的时候提供的场地。

Through the big stage, you will pass through the seven peak porch, a very long Pavilion, tired, you can rest on the stool, have a chat with your friends or read the book, very comfortable.

穿过这个大舞台，会经过七峰曲廊，很长的一个亭廊，累了，可以在凳子上休息，聊聊天， 看看书，好不惬意。

There is a court, you can see some young people playing the ball, with youthful enthusiasm!

这有一个球场， 你会看到一些年轻人在洋溢着青春的热情！

Go forward again, a lake as a mirror, Yan Lake like daughter of a humble family, show in front of you. Scenic bridge, a building, willows, all expressed her charm, her beauty!

再往前走， 一个湖面如镜，恰似小家碧玉的雁水湖，展现在你面前。风景桥， 小楼，垂柳，无不宣泄着她的迷人， 她的美丽！

At the end of the lake. You will come to the north gate of the Dalian forest zoo.

走到湖的尽头，就是大连森林动物园的北门了。

On the other side of the lake, there is a long walk along the boardwalk, and you'll walk back to the gate.

围着湖的另一侧，有长长的步栈道，你会走回到大门。

This is the beauty of the baiyun water fitness park! A good place for citizen exercise . The city government has built Binhai Road on the coast and many mountain parks around the mountain in order to allow the general public to have a good place for leisure sports .So in your free time, you can put down your trouble of life and work to walk around the park. with your lover, 3 or 5 friends . Relax yourself and take photos for yourself . I believe that your mood will be beautiful. Do you like walking outside ? Let’s enjoy a healthy life from the beginning of fitness park!

这就是美丽的白云雁水健身公园！一个市民健身运动的好去所。大连市政府围绕这海滨，山体建了滨海路，还有很多的山体公园， 为了就是让广大市民有个休闲运动的好去所。闲暇时候，你大可以抛去生活，工作上的烦恼， 约上你的爱人， 或者三五好友，到公园走走，一边拍照， 一边放松心情，相信你的心情会是美丽的，享受健康生活，从健身公园开始吧！
