Street Magician on Fremont Street in Las Vegas (Part 1)
Found this street magician performing on Fremont Street in old Las Vegas, Nevada. He borrowed a quarter from a man in the crowd watching him. After he borrowed the quarter, he started twirling it around like it was on a string, but there was no visible string attached. If you wait till the end, he simply tosses it back to the man he borrowed it from. The man was not paid to be down there, but there are all kinds of performers on Fremont Street awaiting to make a buck by a passerby who is willing to donate some money to them.

Most of street performers we have here are the blinds. They either play instruments and/or sing. There are some who will only move when you put something in their box. No street magicians.

At least they perform for money... where I live, they do nothing besides beg for money. It used to not bother me, and I used to give what I could. Then I met someone who used their child to pull on people's heart strings of people to get money. Even if that meant keeping her out of school. Now when I see people with their kids in the blazing heat on a weekend begging for money instead of letting their kids be kids... it actually pisses me off. I feel sorry for the kids most of all.
There are lots of those here as well. Usually syndicates use kids to beg and/or steal from people. There are some people who come from the south and know nothing but beg. They leave their homes just to beg in the cities. The local government will send them back home but they always find their way back here.
