Thanks! Yes I sure feel fortunate to live in such a paradise...there's so many trails to explore around here in the Okanagan Valley. I was born here and grew up in the area and still find new areas all the time! The weather was perfect for hiking, i really lucked out. Worked great for taking photos as well, the right angle for good contrast in the images. all and all a very pleasant and refreshing experience. some of my friends think i'm nuts for hiking in the winter but it's actually my favorite time of the year to hit the trails and go exploring. there's something about the stillness of winter that just gets me....it's so calm and zen!
