Thanks @dcj , I became quite a fan of the coca leaf :) Whilst at those altitudes, I constantly had a folded wad of coca leaves jammed up between my upper lip and teeth. That way, it just mixes with your saliva and gives you a nice steady dose :) when the leaves get too dry, you just change them :)
