I was to see your projevts,the proximity to the sea is fantastic. Either option is an excellent choice as a second home for holidays and an excellent investiment for the future. What i now about this business the most important factir is the location. And the house are a dream .

Yeah both options are a very good choice if somebody is able to spent the amount of money what is necesary.
And you got a good understandig from my business, you are totally right the most important fact is the location, and this location is a very good one, well conected to the main road from Barcelona to Huelva, 10 minutes to the famous Yacht-Harbour of Puerto Banus, 10 minutes to the Harbour from Estepona and 20 minutes from the Harbour of Sotogrande.
And to be honest the houses for a starting price from 485.000€ for an Investor is a great offer regarding the high quality materials which will be used.
