Banff - the blue one - Step 3
Do you still want to see beautiful landscapes? You are in the right place! Today I will present our 3rd stage. Banff National Park in Canada. This is our last stop in Canada, then we leave for the USA!

Our day starts with an awakening at the Yoho campsite because there was no more place in Banff so they open overflow places! And from this campsite we have heard trains passing, and surprise seeing them appear and disappear! As we learned, we learned that they dug the mountain in a spiral shape to get the train through the rocky mountains in a progressive way!

Then we go to the site of Lake Louise, but unfortunately the weather does not give us a beautiful sun and the blue of the lake does not come out very well. After a short walk to get a point of view we are entitled to a few rays and here it is:
We are still a little disappointed with this place. It has become too touristic for us and there is too much concrete! So we go to Morraine Lake, as parking is small, you have to wait for your turn. Once arrived we fall in love with this site! Isolated, natural, blue, mountainous, ... We lack words to describe it! Oh yes if you have Canadian dollars you've already seen this view, that's what's on the $ 20 CA tickets.
We want to hike for several hours but there is a grizzly bear alert: you have to be 4, we are 2 and a storm is approaching. So we're doing a U-turn, but it's safer!
I do not have photos but a video of what he will follow ... The chipmunks are quite reckless here! I sat quietly when a chipmunk climbed on me and jumped in my face! I had no food, I did not bait ... So watch out for these cute little beasts!
Calgary management for a night in a hotel after 3 days of camping: washing clothes, mattress repairs and rest! We leave the next day to go to Glacier National Park in the United States!
