Exploring Shinjuku! ぶらり新宿街歩き！ AZ in Tokyo Part 4

Hello! Everybody！

We took a short trip to Shinjuku from the hotel where we stayed and discovered a shrine in the middle of the city.

皆さんこんにちわ。
私たちが泊まっていたホテルから新宿散策そして、こんな都会の真ん中に神社を発見。

It was built in 1394 - 1428, Muromachi era.

Even now that Shinjuku is a skyscraper town, people love the shrine as the guardian of Shinjuku.

室町時代1394年 - 1428年に建てられたとされています。
高層ビル街となった今でも、新宿の守り神として今も愛され続けている神社だそうです。

On the way to Shinjuku station, we found a cute pop LOVE object. map here

There is superstition in the LOVE object, that a couple who passed through between V and E, while holding hands, can get married in the future ❤ (It is up to you whether you believe it or not!)

LOVEのオブジェには迷信があって、VとEの間を手をつないで通り抜けたカップルは、将来結婚できるんだそうですよ❤（信じるか信じないかはあなた次第です！）

We went to eat Korean BBQ.

この日のディナーは、コリアンBBQを食べに行ってきました。

Unfortunately, it was raining, but the streets of Shinjuku are shining neon.

あいにくの雨ですが、ネオンきらめく新宿の街。

Shinjuku Kabukicho "the town doesn't sleep."
In Kabukicho, there are mostly nightclubs, cabaret clubs, and hosts.

Also, it's known as a red light district with adult shops, and love hotels, karaoke, game centers and bars which can be enjoyed in the middle of the night.

Here you can enjoy a fascinating Shinjuku vastly different from daytime.

眠らない街　新宿歌舞伎町です。
歌舞伎町には、キャバクラやホストといったナイトクラブが集まっています　
また、風俗店、アダルトショップやラブホテル、夜中でも楽しめるカラオケ、ゲームセンター、居酒屋などが密集しています。ここでは、昼間とは違う、魅惑的な新宿を楽しむことができますよ。
