Too many stories on one tower. Lol! I guess there is some sort of reality or connection between the stories... Well, I guess we may never find out the real story...
The tower looks sort of ruined but it still has a great view, the guy who did the design did well with it (Rothman?)

It is possible that all the stories are part of one. But the popular rumor has altered everything and added some facts.
The design of the tower is standard, if you search the Internet for the technology of annealing limestone - you can see similar towers on the drawings.)
Oh well, rumors! 😀 Everyone just gotta believe what sounds right to their ears. Lol
