Hidden getaways in GOA

Many of you have been to goa in there lifetime, and im pretty sure you might have places like Baga Beach, Calangute Beach, Panjim market, and Basilica of Bom Jesus in your itenary, There are many places in goa which still remains undiscovered from peoples visiting goa. Visit these hidden gems places to discover the real divine and pristing goa this time.

Cola Beach

Cola beach is one of the best hidden place. Very quiet and serene place to visit. Surroundings has coconut trees which Is a breeze and huts gives feeling of awesomeness. They have tents which Is designed as a Rajasthani style tents.

How to reach: This beach is at Canacona, South Goa.
Tips: Just look for Blue Lagoon Cola beach resort on Google map

Savoi Spice Plantations

Savoi Spice Gardens is an organic herbs garden. Where they grow lot of rare herbs. And plantation is awesome. This place is famous for authentic goan food, They freshly cook food with organic herbs from there garden. The usual Indian spices - Clove, Nutmeg, Pepper, Cinammon, Cardamom are all there.
There are also some fruit trees like Cherry and Rose Apple. There is a small pond where you get rainwater and you can always have had fun getting wet there.

How to reach: This place is at Ponda, North Goa.
Tips: Wear comfortable cloths and wear nice comfortable shoes as you might have to walk a bit.

Carambolim Lake

 
This lake is a fresh water lake which is situated in north goa at corlim, Well this place is a treat for photographers who wants to catch the beauty of beautiful birds. If you have your lucky day, you can spot a number of species like migratory ducks, jacanas, moorhens, harriers, pipits, wagtails and kingfishers here.

How to reach: This place is situated in North Goa , near corlim.
Tips: Take something to eat with you as there is not much option to eat there.

Pequeno (Bat) Island

 
This island is just a 30-minute boat ride away from Vasco da Gama’s. The island is a great surprise for those seeking adventures and comprises of a small rocky beach and a small stretch of green.
This island is mainly famous for snorkeling, and is a perfect destination for snorkelers.

How to reach: 30 mins boat ride from vasco de gama.

Dr. Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary

 
This is an eye treat for photographers who want to catch beautiful and rare species of bird in there DSLR.
This is located on the island of Chorao then take fun ferry ride up to it from Ribandar.
You can spot a number of migratory birds, especially Siberian, during winters. If not birds, you can get to the reserve for its exhilarating boat ride through mysterious mangrove forests.

How to reach: This is Near Ribandar Ferry, Chorao, North Goa.

Some places are Dudhsagar Waterfall, Butterfly Beach, Arambol Beach, Harvalem Falls, Lamgau Caves, Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary & Mollem National Park, Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary
