Friday evening flying ........ not a good idea?
Never mind was my thinking as the plane was a little delayed flying out from the Sunshine Coast airport. The plane was chockas, - full to capacity. There were holiday makers, business people and little children - many were unsettled; hard time for parents to travel with little ones.
It was one of those flights!
When we landed, only 20 minutes late at this stage, the plane needed to wait for another one to coast out to the take off run way. Sighs could be heard in the plane. Half an hour later here we were, the passengers waiting at the baggage claim - it was working but no bags. After 10 minutes a few bags came out and then it stopped. Tiredness and frustration could be felt - 10 minutes later annoyance could be felt. Groans could be heard. Eventually, the bags started appearing again.
Out came my bag and out of the airport I walked. Thank the Lord!
Just a tad late, but here in Melbourne at last. It was one of those flights. Maybe Friday night flying was not a good idea.

Beautiful sunset view at least. I once was trapped for six hours on a plane next to a lady that belched every two minutes. Oh how I love my feet on the ground.
