Sometimes with a smile you can get round having the wrong document / photo and other times you get some idiot who decides to make your life difficult and insist on a pointless rule that they probably don´t even understand themselves.

Iv experienced the same here in Scotland, its incredibly frustrating. Just shows, no matter where you go, some things dont change.
