Resort town on the Adriatic coast of Italy
Rimini
Rimini is a city of 146,606 inhabitants in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy and capital city of the Province of Rimini. It is located on the Adriatic Sea, on the coast between the rivers Marecchia (the ancient Ariminus) and Ausa (ancient Aprusa). It is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Europe, thanks to its 15-kilometre-long (9 mi) sandy beach, over 1,000 hotels, and thousands of bars, restaurants and discos. The first bathing establishment opened in 1843. An art city with ancient Roman and Renaissance monuments, Rimini is the hometown of the famous film director Federico Fellini as well.
Info from wikipedia
I first came to Rimini in the spring. The sun and the smells of flowering around.
Before that, I visited Rimini in the fall. The sea was noisy and gray.
In the spring the sea is blue and bright.
Rimini is a great tourist center. Here come tourists from Russia in large numbers. Italy - not a big country and from Rimini you can go to any part of it by car and drive in a few hours.
The closest centers for attracting tourists next to Rimini are Venice, Florence, Bologna, Padova ...
Spring is a great time to visit Rimini. The sea is still cold but the sun is hot. Warm but not hot. You can walk around enjoying the views and smells of the sea.
Such a walk took me to the port. I love boats. As you know, ships and churches never spoil the landscape.
In the port on the shore of the fisherman is engaged in his own business. The caught fish glistened in the air.
Incredible photo, I would like to travel there.
Me too :)
