Abolitionist Abstractions Vlog 99: Getting back in the pet-sitting swing
Here is today's vlog! It's been a few days since we recorded, as we headed down to Virginia a bit early. Since the last vlog, Murder Dog and spent the night In a Planet Fitness parking lot in West Philly. The next day we made our way down to the UPenn Veterinary Clinic for her screening. After speaking with the coordinator and one of the oncologists, I decided to enter Murder Dog into the clinical trial. We can still back out at any point but this seems like a good fit for now. Plus, even if this can't help extend Murder Dog's life, hopefully it will be able to help other dogs in the future.
Once we were finished with her screening, Murder Dog and i hit the road again to head down to Virginia. We've since spent the past couple of days hanging with our friends here and getting all the dogs acclimated to one another. Things have been going well so far and the boys seem to have accepted both of us into their pack. Our "job" doesn't officially start until Friday, so we're just going to relax here until our friends head off on their vacation.
