Back from injury, first workout

On my way to the gym for my first workout in a month. I’m going to keep it easy and light, use the machines, my backs been hurting so much. I’m not gonna push it and then I’m gonna do some stretching exercise very light and maybe some abs also, not looking for more than 45 minutes. It’s a beautiful morning here in north Sweden and it’s great to start a whole new adventure on healing my body slowly followed by some coaching jujitsu for the kids so exciting times.
