This once again confirms that technical analysis operates on a "live" market. And it can be used.

"Live" is a market where there are "consumers", say, regular customers. In this case, levels are formed that the market can not ignore in the future. Look at the currency pairs, the fiat markets, and see similar levels of support / resistance.

I believe that in such moments as now, it is best to apply the system of pending orders for purchase.

The main purchase (40% of the amount), which I plan to make at $ 1.5 for STEEM, all subsequent purchases are broken up by 10% of the investment capital. In this case, we can buy STEEM tokens even cheaper.

In the support area (see Screenshot of the diagram), consolidation can occur. If this happens, then you should buy each time you touch the lowest point of the conditional channel.

If the "bulls" break through the trend line, you should buy after the first correction in the amount equal to 20-30% of the capital. And to buy further depending on the ultimate goal.

But, this is a technical picture of the market. There is also a fundamental analysis, which is the engine of the market. In the case of Steemit, the news will be the outputs of important updates on the platform, which are known from the road map for 2018.
